20.11.09 marks my twin sister's engagement to her beau, Azren. Our family would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has helped make the function smooth and the atmosphere brilliant!

I had totally forgotten about this illustration I made ages ago until I stumbled upon this article. The photo was taken while on a visit to some oil and gas exhibition (all the "Shell kids" were doing it!) years back and there was a gigantic magnet model which they had screwed to the floor. I had a compact camera then and the "feet shot" was kind of an in thing picture wise (how lame lol). but hey, the whole thing was cool, so I like what i saw.
For a bar magnet, the direction of the magnetic moment points from the magnet's south pole to its north pole (Wiki) i quit Einstein to join Picasso or maybe Leonardo, he was bit more of the everything guy. But there is an element of natural occurrence that decides the flow, no? Well, almost everything in life is decision-oriented. Anyway...some genius has this to say about that:

A wise man makes his own decisions, an ignorant man follows the public opinion.

i no longer keep the Flickr a/c in which i stored this illustration and the laptop i used to edit the picture are long gone. but it's nice to know that it has been put to good use :)
there's another article but it's in foreign handwriting, so I don't know what he's saying. my stubby toes, maybe?
